Standalone software licences
For existing compatible hardware. Prices are per terminal for a perpetual licence (no annual fee) and exclude computers, cameras, printers and other hardware. The four standalone editions do not require a separate Standard purchase.
Standard
Capture, layouts, editing and printing, with AI retouching and Live Photo; includes 20,000 starter credits.
Pro
Includes Standard, plus AI photos, AI video, AR holographic photos and custom AI styles; includes 20,000 starter credits.
Lenticular
Standalone edition: basic capture, AI photos, multi-size lenticular layouts and paid modes.
AI Cards
Standalone edition: basic capture and AI photos, with names, titles and other custom fields entered on site for a personalised card, plus NFC writing.
AR Mirror Signature
Standalone edition: basic capture, AI photos, signature video recording, video editing and AR playback.
AI Stickers
Standalone edition: basic capture, AI photos, sticker generation and automatic cutter integration.
Specialist software licences
Dedicated software for photo walls, holographic booths, prize draws, 360 video and UV printing. Perpetual licence prices, hardware excluded; the device allowance follows the quotation.
Cloud album, upgrades and trial
Cloud album
Includes 10 GB cloud storage and online services. Renewal follows the activation date. Without renewal, the software remains usable but the cloud album is unavailable.
Standard to Pro
Existing Standard users can upgrade to Pro at the listed upgrade price.
Software trial
Full functionality with watermarked output; includes 2,000 test credits and can be upgraded.
Cloud album storage add-ons
+20 GB
For occasional events; adds 20 GB on top of the 10 GB included with the annual service.
+50 GB
For operators running events regularly; about CNY 12 per GB.
+200 GB
For multi-device operations; about CNY 6.5 per GB, CNY 1,097 less than four 50 GB add-ons.
+500 GB
For large events and long-term installations; about CNY 5.2 per GB, the lowest rate of all add-ons.
Purchase and billing notes
- A complete kit includes hardware and the software licence specified in its configuration. Do not purchase an included licence again. Edition, terminal count and included services follow the kit quotation.
- Software licences are a one-time purchase with no annual fee. After that there are only two running costs: AI credits, topped up by usage, and the cloud album service (including storage add-ons), renewed yearly.
- Storage add-ons require an active cloud album service. Capacity is added to the included 10 GB and is valid for one year. Album downloads are subject to fair use; we will contact you before acting on unusually heavy traffic or hotlinking.
- AI features consume credits. Standard and Pro each include 20,000 starter credits, valid for one year. Additional credits are purchased separately. Starter credits for standalone editions follow the order.
- Software is listed in CNY. Hardware retains its listed currency; conversions use an indicative rate of 7.1. Kit prices exclude shipping, taxes and unlisted costs.
- PepeSketch drawing kits have separate 1,000-point and top-up terms; these are distinct from PepeFoto photo-software credits.
