为 Takeda 244周年庆典活动，倾力打造了互动拍照AI风格模型定制体验。本次合作，我们在技术上实现了新的创新与突破！For Takeda's 244th anniversary celebration we built a custom AI style model for the photo interaction, and pushed the technology further than we had managed before.

精准稳定，品牌IP与活动KV始终如一Precise and stable: brand IP and event key visual stay consistent

在本次模型训练中，我们取得了显著的技术进步，能够精准且稳定地控制 Takeda 的品牌IP和活动的关键视觉元素（KV）。即使在进行AI风格化生图后，这些核心元素也能保持高度一致，确保品牌形象的统一性。Model training took a clear step forward here. We can now hold Takeda's brand IP and the event key visual steady through the whole process, so those core elements come through AI restyling unchanged and the brand stays on-model.

风格多样，人像特征与AI效果高度相似Varied styles that still look like the guest

我们在保持生成效果多样化的同时，也确保了人物风格化后的形象与参与者本人特征的极高相似度。来宾在体验过程中，既能感受到AI带来的丰富创意，又能获得一张极具个人特色的专属纪念照。Output stays varied without losing the likeness. Guests get the creative range of AI and still recognise themselves in the keepsake photo they take away.

高效便捷，扫码即走，后台极速推送Scan and go, with fast delivery from the backend

为了提升现场嘉宾的互动体验，我们采用了全新的流程。参与者完成拍照后，只需扫描二维码即可轻松离开，后台系统将自动排序生成AI图像并快速推送给用户，大大缓解了以往等待渲染造成的排队压力，让更多来宾能够便捷地参与到互动中。To keep the floor moving we changed the flow. Once a guest has been photographed they scan a QR code and leave; the backend queues, generates and pushes the AI image to them. That removed most of the rendering queue and let far more guests take part.
